How much is your shipping?

International
We are now able
to have shipping calculate when you place your order. If we
have not entered your location, it will not charge postage
and we will have to send an invoice for that. If that
happens and you'd like to know the price of shipping before
placing your order, please send an email with your country
listed and we can update the shipping calculator for you.

All
orders are shipped Priority Mail or Priority Mail
International unless you email to request an alternate
method.
Because of the
postage increase on 01/18/09, we would be happy to check on
other shipping options for you if you send an email listing
what you'd like to order. International orders may be
shipped First Class International. Added
01/18/09.
How do I find out how much shipping will be?
After
you place your items in the shopping cart and you click on
the checkout button, it will ask you to enter your zip code
or ask if you are from another country. After you fill that
box in and update, it will give you the price of shipping.
If you don't do that, the shipping will calculate during
checkout, when you enter your address.
Will you ship to an APO/FPO address? Yes! We will ship
to APO/FPO addresses! Postage is just $5. We will also need
to fill out customs paperwork to ship to
you.
How does your International shipping work?
After
you place your order and pay for any extra shipping
required, we will print out customs forms with the value of
the products ordered. You are responsible for all customs
related duties, fees, taxes, etc. We will not mark orders
as a *Gift* so please do not ask us to do so. We are not
responsible for packages opened by customs. If you choose
to use First Class International to ship your package,
there is no insurance or tracking available and we will not
be responsible for loss. Priority Mail International is the
only option with insurance.
Do
you charge tax? If you are a
South Dakota customer, you will be charged tax according to
your location.
Do you take pre-orders? Yes! If you see
something you like before it is available for purchase,
please feel free to email us. We will put you on the list
and let you know how and when to pay closer to when the
kits are ready to go out.
When
will my order ship? New kits will be
shipped by the 5th of each month. If you order during the
rest of the month, we will ship your order within 2-3 days.
If you would like a kit held until the next month's kits
ship, just drop us an email after you have paid for your
kit. We're happy to combine shipping!
What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
If
you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please
email us as soon as you order so that we can send an
invoice for it.
We are not responsible
for any order once the post office has picked it up.
We
pack our kits and all add-ons in plastic zipper bags to
protect them from possible water damage. We also include a
packing slip with your name and address inside the bag in
case it should somehow become separated from the box.
How
do I place an order? Just click the
[Add to Cart] button for the product you wish to order. You
will be taken to a PayPal shopping cart where you can
verify that the item is the one you want. After that you
can [Continue Shopping] or [Proceed to Checkout]. When you
are finished shopping and you have clicked [Proceed to
Checkout], you will be sent to the payment page where you
can choose to use PayPal or your favorite credit card to
pay. To pay with PayPal, click [Login]. To pay with credit
card, click [Continue].
What
payment types do you take? We take PayPal
and credit cards. Our shopping cart is powered by PayPal,
but this does not mean you will need a PayPal account. When
you go to check out, there will be an option to enter your
credit card number. We do not see any of your payment
information. We only receive a notice from PayPal that your
payment has been received.
Do
you offer subscriptions? Not at this time.
